Hell yeah it makes a difference! I’ve been switching out my 1.8 and 2.1. I have a few 2.3 for certain clients that have me Wash every year. Their houses are not that dirty because of my process.

@@justinsmudde2554 I do 20-30 projects a week. Shock is just the cost of doing business. Adding surfactant simply takes more time rinsing and has caused me more streaking and window issues. We’ve washed thousands of homes without surfactant with extremely high success.

If you’re ever looking for a helper for a day or two I’d be love the opportunity to get some hands on experience. Free of charge. I’ve been a residential carpenter and have been on job sights for decades. I’m as hands on as it gets.. For me it would be about helping me decide what pumps / equipment are priority. Layout to for building a rig. Give it some thought. No hard feelings either way.

I have a condo complex coming up that I’m doing the patios on + buildings on. The property manager sent out a notice to all customers stating they must remove items from patios prior to my arrival but I still kinda worry about any clothing or easily bleached items left out. What are you writing in your terms & conditions to avoid these issues on condo/apartment complexes without coming across as overly intimidating?
If you’ve included it in your terms it helps remove your liability. If some thing if left out that you’re concerned about, move it away if possible
